Our dance studio provides formal training for the serious dance students
and gives less formal instruction for recreational dancers.

This high energy class is presented in an urban street format. This class also encourages freestyle elements to help dancers to create their own individual style.
The student is introduced to proper warm-up, rhythm, musicality, control, dynamics, posture, and performance - all in an appropriate manner.
The goal is to provide a framework of choreography in which each dancer will be able to add their own personal style and attitude.
These classes are usually offered in a workshop format, running 10-20 weeks. Dress code: appropriate T-Shirt (no halters, tub/tank tops), appropriate stretchy pants or long shorts and clean tennis shoes/dance sneakers (that will only be worn in the classroom, no street shoes).
It was difficult to recognize hip-hop dance as text because it was discounted.
This beginner class is a fun way of learning creative and 'funky' dance moves. We will focus on basic and advanced level body movements.
Running shoes and comfortable clothing should be worn.
